Jacob and Shay’s love story began thousands of miles across the ocean. They met as strangers on the same trip to Japan and have been inseparable ever since. A few months later, Jacob popped the question and wedding planning was in full swing.

Unfortunately once COVID 19 hit, it put a halt to their big wedding plans. Fortunately for Jacob & Shay, this meant having an intimate ceremony celebrating love in front of their closest family and friends.

They started the day by getting ready separately and then doing a first look at his moms house. I had such a fun time taking portraits of them with the beautiful greenery and landscape. After enjoying a delicious donut cake together, they headed over to Shays aunts house for the ceremony.

Complete with the most gorgeous floral arch and decor, this ceremony was a dream. Shay was escorted down the aisle by her grandfather and met by the love of her life. As they exchanged vows, you could feel the love they have for each other. They were so sweet and emotional.

Jacob and Shay then ended their magical night by jumping into the pool in their wedding attire. It was a wedding I will never forget!
