If you’ve been following my blog posts at all, you’ll remember Scott and Mckenzie from earlier last year! I was able to work with them several times over the last few months because COVID has drawn out their wedding plans. These two had a civil ceremony last summer, but they had to wait a few months for their sealing in the Provo City Center Temple. Their day was so beautiful– it was definitely worth the wait!
I was so excited when McKenzie reached out to me to take their formals and temple photos for her and Scott. I actually met McKenzie last year while photographing her cousin’s wedding! She caught the wedding bouquet, so I recognized her email as soon as I saw it! I’m so grateful to get to work with amazing clients like Mckenzie.
Scott and Mckenzie had an intimate sealing with only their closest friends and family. It was pretty special to get a few shots of everyone outside the Provo City Center Temple. Because of COVID restrictions and the popularity of this temple, we only had about 20 minutes to shoot on the temple grounds. This is why I always recommend making a plan with your couples prior to wedding day! We were able to get everything done quickly and both the bride and groom left feeling satisfied with the pictures we got! Overall, it was a beautiful day and I loved seeing Scott and McKenzie so happy!
