Irons Family Session | Hyde Park, Utah

Family

Meet the Irons Family!

It was so much fun doing a family session with them. They are such a lively crew.

The location we chose to do the shoot was at a gorgeous Hyde Park field in Cache Valley, Utah. This Hyde Park field is a beautiful green location with excellent light and I have shot here several times. When we showed up for the session with the Irons Family it was very windy. We scouted around a little until we found an area tucked back away from the wind. It turned out to be the perfect location because it was beautiful and it blocked the wind.

This family has been planning and waiting to do family pictures for more than six months! Laurin and Casey decided to give a family session to Casey’s mom, and the family decided to wait until Casey’s sister came into town from out of state to do this session. Casey’s mom was thrilled to receive her gift!

A few years ago I had the opportunity to take engagement shots for Laurin and Casey and now they have the cutest little boy with blue eyes who looks just like his daddy. I always love seeing my client’s families that they grew up in side by side with the family they created themselves!

It was also fun to add this family’s fur babies into their family photos because these dogs are truly part of their family. Casey’s dad has two dogs, his mom has a dog and his sister has a dog. Lots of clients consider adding their dogs into their photos and ask me if that is okay. I highly recommend adding your pets to your family photos because they are part of your family as well!

The Irons Family was such a fun family to capture and you would have never even guessed it was such a windy day! Thanks again, Irons Family.

xo, kristi
